The EL Education K-8 Language Arts curriculum earned all green scores from independent reviewer EdReports. It also received a prestigious tier 1 rating on the Instructional Materials Evaluation Tool for Alignment in ELA Grades K–12 (IMET), which reviews curricula for text quality, range and volume of texts, coherence, text-dependent questions, writing to sources, speaking, listening, language, assessment, scaffolding, and support. Additionally, the curriculum consistently earned high reviews from independent and state and local education departments, including EQuIP, New York State, New York City, Connecticut, and Washington.
