Big Ideas: Solving any problem requires us to make a plan, reading carefully to determine the correct operations to perform and the order in which to perform them. As the final task in this unit, students will be required to use multiple steps and operations to come up with the solution. Students should use the standard algorithm for each operation, as the goal of each standard is to build fluency in order to be ready for the demands of 6th grade.
