Lesson objective: Solve a complex problem using various strategies for multi-digit division.

This lesson provides an opportunity for students to apply their knowledge and understanding of multi-digit division to a real-life situation. Students are asked to divide up cargo among 6 submersibles. Students must include essential cargo and then make choices about the rest of the cargo to meet a specified cargo weight.
