All of the previous days' lessons culminate in this final writing task. Students will draw on their thinking and answers to previous days' focus questions to compose a formal written response. This culminating writing task asks readers to evaluate the legal reasoning in the Supreme Court ruling of Tinker v. Des Moines and consider how the ruling impacts public education.
