In this culminating lesson, students will be responding independently to a Writing Task that asks them to form an argument about how Dickinson develops the theme throughout the poem. In order to do this, they will need to synthesize their analysis and interpretation of meaning, tone and structure from the previous days' focus questions, and use appropriate supporting evidence from the text.
